Abstract

La invención se refiere a una prótesis de pie no articulada, con un resorte interno (1) que se extiende desde el sector del talón hasta el sector delanterodel pie, que está rodeada por un revestimiento cosmético (3) y está unida por medio de unper no roscado (6) a un adaptador (5) que presenta una conexión desujeción para acoplar en forma removible un tubo de prótesis (4).De acuerdo con la invención, para mejorar la prótesis de pie se sugieren los siguientesatributos: a) el adaptador(5)se apo ya por su lado inferior, conformado como un segmento cilíndrico y provisto con un dentado (7),sobre una superficie del topedel resorte interno (1) conformada correspondientemente, cuyo dentado(8)engrana exactamente en el dentado (7) deladaptador (5) ;b)el extremo superior deladaptador (5) está conformado como un tarugo(9),sobre el que está colocado el tubo de prótesis (4); c) el perno roscado (6) se introduce a través de unaabertura en sentido longitudinal del resorte internodel pie, con un a ncho (b) que se corresponde con el diámetro (d) del perno, y se apoya por su extremoinferior sobre el lado inferior (1a) del resorte interno del pie (1) que se extiende sobre el ancho de la abertura (11),que está igualmenteconformada comosegmen to cilíndrico en el sector de la abertura (11);d)el extremo superior del perno roscado (6),que sobresale del tarugo del adaptador(9),solicita a lamencionada unión de sujeción,la que presenta un elemento de expansión(14,16) enuna hendidura del aro,e ntre el tarugo del adaptador(9)y el tubo de prótesis(4),el que es solicitado apretando el perno roscado(6);e)el elemento de expansión presenta a lo menos un aro de elastómero (14,16) que se apoya por su ladoinferior,directao indirectamente, sobre una superficie tope (10) del adaptador (5) y es solicitado, en su parte superior por una pieza opresora(18) guiada en
