Abstract

Un aro de pistón, constituido por un cuerpo de base que tiene una subcapa de cromo electrochapeado y gas nitruro formada en su superficieperiférica externa, dicha sub-capa teniendo una dureza comprendida entre 800 a 950 HVN y un grosormín imo de 0,01020006 mm; un revestimiento superficialnitrurado metálico de uno de nitruro de cromo y nitruro de titanio revistiendo dicha superficie de depósito meseta, una superficie perférica externa de dichorevestimiento superficial metálicoteniend o un perfil de superficie convexa de 0,0127 a 0,00254 mm, dicho revestimiento superficial de nitruro metálicoteniendo una dureza de 2000 a 3000 HVN y un grosor de 1 a 50 micrones.
