Abstract
Se trata de compuestos de ciclolignano útil como antineoplásicos, caracterizados porque tienen fórmula (I), en la que: Ar es un 3,4,5-trialcoxifenilo o 4-hidroxi-3,5-dialcoxi(C1-C6)fenilo; X es un átomo de oxígeno ,azufre o nitrógeno,un gru pometino=CH-o un grupo alquil(C1-C6)=C(alquilo(C1C6), Y es un átomo de hidrógeno o un grupo alquilo (C1-C6), alquenilo (C3-C6) (poli)haloalquilo(C1C6), arilo, hidroxi, alcoxi (C1-C6), amino, monoalquil(C1-C6)amino; dialquil(C1-C6)amino; (poli)haloalquil (C1-C6)amino; arilamino, acilo(C1-C30) o acetamido, o el grupo Y se encuentra ausente; Z es un grupoalquilo (C1-C6), hidroxialquilo (C1-C6), acilo (C1-C30) carboxi, alcoxi(C1-C6)carbonilo o ariloxicarbonilo; y las líneas punteadasindican un enlace doble ubicada en la posición 7-8 u 8-8.
