Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un envase para alimentos, para cocinar pastas, como por ejemplo ravioles, a punto sin que las mismas sedesmoronen y poder mantener las mismas a continuación calientes hasta 3 horas sin que se deteriore su calidad. El envase está constituido por una bolsaconstruida de un plástico resistente a la cocción y que contiene las pastas, teniendo dicha bolsa asimismo un saquito con líquido que puede ser vaciadohacia la bolsa apretándolo. La bolsa puede ser calentada en bano María hasta una temperatura de al menos 85°C. Ensayos realizados han demostrado que laspastas absorben la cantidad de agua y que las mismas al permanecer en bano María hasta 3 horas ya no se modifican, de manera que las pastas pueden serconservadas calientes.
