Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un nuevo procedimiento para la preparación de sílice precipitado el cual posee una muy buena dispersabilidady muy satisfactorias propiedades de refuerzo. Asimismo, se refiere a sílices precipitados nuevos los cuales se encuentran en forma de polvo, de perlassubstancialmente esféricas o de gránulos; estos sílices se caracterizan por el hecho de que poseen una superficie específica CTAB comprendida entre 90 y 250m2/g, una superficie específica BET comprendida entre 90 y 250 m2/g, una absorción de aceite DOP menor que 200 ml/100 g., un contenido de zinccomprendido entre 1 y 5% en peso y por el hecho de que el número N de moléculas de ácido esteárico consumido por nm2 de superficie de sílice cuando el ácidoesteárico se hace reaccionar con este sílice en xileno durante 2 horas a una temperatura de 120°C es de uno como mínimo.
