Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "NEGRO-DE-FUMO, PROCESSO PARAPRODUçãO DO MESMO, BEM COMO SEU USO". Onegro-de-fumo de acordo com a invenção está caracterizado poruma superfície de STSA de entre 20 e 180 m^ 2^/g, umaabsorção de 24M4-DBP de entre 40 e 140 ml/100 g, umasuperfície de BET específica de entre 20 e 250 m^ 2^/g, pelo fatode que ele contém 0,01 a 20% em peso de silício, em relação aoseu peso total e de que ele tem uma relação de tan<sym>~0~tan<sym>~ 60~ maior que 3,37-0,0068.STSA. O negro-de-fumode acordo com a invenção é produzido adicionando compostossilícicos, que são misturados com a matéria-prima denegro-de-fumo durante a pirólise oxidativa do mesmo e,opcionalmente, usando óleo de negro-de-fumo como combustível.O negro-de-fumo de acordo com a invenção pode ser usado comoum material de enchimento em misturas de borracha,preferivelmente para pneus.
