Abstract
Una composicion farmacéutica que contiene un compuesto diaril- ciclometilenpirazol de formula (I) donde: n es 0, 1, 2 o 3; R, R, R,iguales o diferentes, son H, halogeno, alquilsulfonil, aminosulfonil y alquilaminosulfonil, o unasal farmacéuticamente aeptable del mismo, junto conun portador farmacéuticamente aceptable. Este compuesto diaril-ciclometilen pirazol posee actividad antiinflamatoria, analgésica y antipirética. Unprocedimiento para preparar un compuestos diaril-ciclometilenpirazol o sales farmacéuticas aceptables del mismo en el cual se hace reaccionar un compuestode formula (II): donde X es H o cicloesilideno, y R es segun se describe anteriormente, con un compuesto de formula (III): donde R yR son segun semenciona anteriormente y A es elegido entre el grupo que comprende COHal, A, A y A, donde Hal es halogeno. Un diaril-ciclometilen pirazol y compuestosintermedios.A pharmaceutical composition containing a diaryl-cyclomethylene pyrazole compound of formula (I) where: n is 0, 1, 2 or 3; R, R, R, the same or different, are H, halogen, alkylsulfonyl, aminosulfonyl and alkylaminosulfonyl, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, together with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. This diaryl-cyclomethylene pyrazole compound has anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic activity. A process for preparing a diaryl-cyclomethylene pyrazole compound or acceptable pharmaceutical salts thereof in which a compound of formula (II) is reacted: where X is H or cycloesilidene, and R is as described above, with a compound of formula (III) : where R and R are as mentioned above and A is chosen from the group comprising COHal, A, A and A, where Hal is halogen. A diaryl-cyclomethylene pyrazole and intermediate compounds.
