Abstract

Una forma de dosificacion solida administrable oralmente que comprende una composicion compactada de ribavirina que se disuelve rápidamente quecomprende ribavirina y un desintegrante farmacéuticamente aceptable, donde dicha composiciontien e una densidad batida de por lo menos 0,6 g/mL y dondemás de aproximadamente el 80% en peso de la rebavirina se disuelve en agua, en aproximadamente 30 minutos; composicion de ribavirina y método para producirdicha composicion. La ribavirinaes un a gente antiviral que se administra actualmente en asociacion con interferon alfa-2b para tratar paciente coninfecciones cronicas de hepatitis C.
