Abstract
Un proceso para preparar un compuesto de la siguiente estructura de formula (I) o los teutomeros que de allí se obtienen, donde: (a) R1 es metil, etil, ungrupo metileno conectado a R2 mediante un enlace simple de forma tal que R1 y R2, forman un anillo de cinco miembros, o un grupo de metileno conectado a R2 através de otro grupo metileno de forma que R1 y R2, forman un anillo de seis miembros. (b) R2 es metil, etil un grupo metileno conectado a R2 mediante unenlace simple de forma tal queR1 y R2 forman un anillo de cinco miembros, o un grupo de metileno conectado a R1 a través de otro grupo metileno de forma queR1 y R2 forman un anillo de seis miembros; (c) Z es un carbociclo o heterociclo saturado, sin saturar o aromático, monocíclico o policíclico, que contiene unoo más heteroátomos de O, N o S y (d) R4 es uno o más sustituyentes del anillo Z que contienen independientemente hidrogeno, alcoxi, alquiltio, alquil, alquenilamino, ciano, halogeno, hidroxi, nitro y tiol; (e) o unaforma protegida, sal sal farmacéuticamente aceptable, ester biohidrolizable o un solvato que seobtiene de ellos. Está compuesto por las siguientes etapas (1) preparacion de un compuesto intermedio cuya estructura general sea formula (II) donde: (a)R seselecciona del grupo compuesto por metil, etil y bencil; (b) R1 es metil, etil, un grupo metileno conectado a R2 mediante un enlace simple de forma tal que R1y R2 forman un anillo de cinco miembros, o un grupo de metileno conectado a R1 a través de otro grupo metileno de forma que R1 y R2 forman un anillo de seismiembros; R2 es metil, etil, un grupo metileno conectado a R1 mediante un enlace simple de forma tal que R1 y R2 forman un anillo de 5 miembros o ungrupo metileno conectadoa R1 a traves de otro grupo metileno de forma que R1 y R2 formen un anillo de 6 miembros; (d) R3 es -O-R5 o -R6, (e) R5 es metilo,
