Abstract

Se describen la película delgada AMA en un sistema de proyección óptico y un método para fabricar la misma. La película delgada AMA tiene un sustrato conuna instalación alámbrica eléctrica y un terminal de conexión, un elemento de soporteformado sobre el sustrato, un accionador formado sobre el elemento desoporte, y un miembro reflector formado sobre el accionador. El accionador tiene una longiud máxima a fin de tener un gran ángulo de inclinacíon, demanera tal que el miembroreflecto r instalado sobre el accionador tiene un gran ángulo de inclinación. En consecuencia, la eficiencia lumínica de la luzreflejada por el miembro de reflexión aumenta y el constraste de la imagen proyectada en una pantalla tambiénaumenta. Como res ultado, la calidad de laimagen mejora. Además, la distancia entre una fuente de luz y la pantalla es más amplia porque el accionador tiene un gran ángulo de la inclinación.
