Abstract

Se revela la AMA de película fina de un sistema de proyección óptica y un método para fabricarla. La AMA de película fina tiene un sustrato con uncableado eléctrico y un terminal de conexión, un accionador formado sobre el sustrato y un miembrode reflexión formado sobre el sustrato. El accionadortiene múltiples porciones accionantes, en que las porciones accionantes adyacentes se accionan en direcciones opuestas, una tras otra, de modo que elmiembro de reflexión instalado sobre elaccionador tiene un gran ángulo de inclinación. Por lo tanto, la eficiencia lumínica de la luz reflejada por elmiembro de reflexión aumenta y lo mismo pasa con el contraste de la imagen proyectada en la pantalla. Más aún, la distanciaentre una fuente lumínica y lapantalla es mayor porque también lo es el ángulo de inclinación del miembro de reflexión.
