Abstract

Un método y sistema de calentamiento para una manguera y lanza de distribuidor de un aplicador de mezcla de derretido en caliente que utiliza unelemento trifásico de calentamiento energizado por un generador que de preferencia esu n alternador de vehículo automotriz, activado por un motor decombustión interna para calentar la manguera, la lanza y el material de mezcla en caliente del equipo. Un controlador se comunica con un sensor detemperatura que lleva lamanguera p ara energizar el generador para alimentar corriente al elemento de calentamiento, para mantener la temperatura deseadadel material de mezcla de derretido en caliente. El elemento de calentamiento comprende alambres de calentamientotrifásicos, e nrollados alrededor de lamanguera y la lanza. En el caso de la manguera, el alambrado se encuentra enrollado alrededor del conducto interior. En la configuración preferida de lamanguera, el conducto tiene un tubo flexible queflota dentro del m ismo y una caja externa fijada en cada extremo a un accesorio, para transmitir la tensiónentre los accesorios, alejándola del conducto para evitar el deterioro del mismo, Tanto el tubo como el conducto se construyen de talmanera queresistan l as fuerzas de dobladura y compresión, para evitar que el tubo y el conducto puedan doblarse o ensortijarse, evitando danos al conducto. El tuboestá hecho de una tira delgada de metal, enrollado helicoidalmente, unido en susbordes para formar u n tubo cilíndrico.
