Abstract

Se proporciona un proceso que produce una composición detergente de baja densidad (inferior a alrededor de 600 g/l) directamente de ingredientesdetergentes de inicio. El proceso emplea medios de calentamiento dieléctrico tales como un secador amicroondas (MW) o un secador de radiofrecuencia (RF)para inflar los aglomerados formados mediante la aglomeración de una pasta surfactante o precursor ácido de los mismos y materiales detergentessecos. El proceso no usa torres de secado por aspersión convencionales y es por lo menos más eficiente, económico y flexible con respecto a la variedad decomposiciones detergentes que pueden producirse en el proceso.
