Abstract
Artículos de confitura con forma, tal como confecciones con forma de animales se producen efectuando repetidamente los pasos de (a)distribuir porlo menos un volumen de material comestible conservador de la forma a través de una boquilla dedistribución (14) en una superficie de apoyo; (b) efectuarmovimiento relativo entre dicha boquilla (14) y dicha superficie de apoyo (10) para así formar un artículo comestible con forma desde por lo menos unvolumen de material comestible conservador de la forma; y (c) efectuar movimiento relativo entre dicha superficie de apoyo (10) y dicha boquilla(14);por medio del cual se forma una multiplicidad de artículos comestibles con forma (16) sobre dicha superficie de apoyo (10). Durante los pasos (a) y (b)para formar cada artículo con forma(16), una porción del material siendo distribuido se adhiere en el exterior de la boquilla de distribución (14) paraque no forme parte del artículo comestible con forma (16) siendo formado en esta etapa pero ajena a la boquilla (14) durante el próximo paso sucesivo (a)para definir un aspecto visible sobre el próximo artículo comestible con forma (16) sucesivo. El movimiento relativo en el paso (b) se efectua en al menostres etapas consecutivas tal que cada etapa incluye movimiento relativo en una dirección diferente a aquella en las etapas adyacentes. Alternativa oadicionalmente durante el paso (a), se distribuye más de un volumen y el paso (b) se efectua entre ladistribución de volúmenes consecutivos y/o durante ladistribución de por lo menos uno de dichos volúmenes.
