Abstract
Un proceso para hacer confituras expandidas saborizadas con malta que comprende formar una composición extrudable comestible conteniendo lechemalteada y extracto de malta como ingredientes principales, y un agente de expansión tal comobic arbonato. La composición se extruda, usando un horno deextrusión abastecido con dióxido de carbono como agente de expansión adicional, mediante una matriz para formar una longitud extruida de confitura expandidasaborizada con malta. La longitudextru ida es, entonces, cortada en porciones del tamano y formas deseados y secada.
