Abstract

Procedimiento de produccion en forma continua de un producto en polvo a partir del producto en estado líquido, que se presenta en forma de una mezcla de tipo solucion, suspension o emulsion en medio acuoso, en el cual durante una primera etapa (E1) se transforma el producto de estado líquido en producto en estado viscoso, en donde se efectua al menos una etapa (E2, E4) de aumento de volumen y al menos una etapa (E3, E6) de secado del producto que comprende al menos una etapa (E3) de tratamiento termomecánico por medio de, al menos una máquina de tratamiento termomecánico en la cual se inyecta simultáneamente el producto en polvo de la misma familia que el producto en estado líquido, estando la máquina de tratamiento configurada para mezclar el producto en estado viscoso y el producto en polvo para obtener partículas de producto solidificadas al contacto con el aire ambiental. Dicho procedimiento en donde el producto en estado líquido es leche líquida, por lo que se obtiene leche en polvo, en donde el producto en estado líquido es un producto amiláceo o proteínico, estando dicho producto en forma de mezcla por lo que al final del proceso se obtiene un producto en forma pulverulenta.
