Abstract

Las ranuras definen articulaciones que conectan los segmentos. Las articulacionesestán localizadaspreferiblemente entre la superficie opuesta donde están menos sometidas a esfuerzos. El elastómero controla la resiliencia y flexibilidad de la cabeza ysirve adicionalmente para mejorar la durabilidad de la cabeza mediante, porejemplo, reduciendo el esfuerzo de las articulaciones.
