Abstract

La presente invención comprende una hojalata del tipo originalmente formada por un cuerpo totalmente cilíndrico (1) con pared de fondo (2) reclavada yteniendo en la parte superior y cercano a la boca un cordón rollizo (3), doblado haciaafuera , capaz de permitir la aplicación y cierre de la hojalatapor intermedio de una tapa metálica de fácil apertura formada esencialmente por panel circular (4) con corto contorno o borde descendente (5) provista deestrecho cordón periférico (10),siendo dicha tapa provista de pieza de sello (6) en su periferia interna y presentando en la parte central de su panel unadepresión cóncava circular (7) provista de un orificio central (8), el cual está sellado con un cierre (9) desmontable deresina termoplástica, siendo que,en conformidad con las presentes mejoras es proporcionada una disposición en la parte superior del cuerpo de la hojalata, por la cual el contorno o borde(5) de la tapa y su respectivo cordón periférico (10)presenta, ento nces, salientes y entrantes en relación a la pared lateral del cuello cilíndrico, demanera de eliminar cualquier posibilidad de apoyo o fricción y el consiguiente telescopamiento o yuxtaposición de los cordones periféricos (10)cuando lahojala tas se disponen agrupadas lado a lado, siendo dicho telescopamiento y yuxtaposición , causantes de la abertura accidental de las tapas.
