Abstract

La invención se refiere a una nueva composición de polioles que presentan una estabilidad térmica muy grande y una estabilidad química elevada,caracterizada porque presenta una densidad óptica inferior o igual a 0.100 con una prueba S. La invención se refiere igualmente a un procedimiento para lapreparación de tal composición consistente este procedimiento en someter un jarabe de polioles a una etapa de estabilización como fermentación, oxidación ocaramelización y luego una etapa de purificación. La invención concierne igualmente a la aplicación de esta composición para la fabricaciónde productos en que se utilizan álcalis o bien que experimentan un tratamiento térmico a alta temperatura.
