Abstract

Se proporcionan composiciones limpiadoras básicas que usan ingredientes toxicológicamente aceptables para limpiar/higienizar productos agrícolas, porejemplo frutas y verduras.Las formulaciones líquidas que comprenden carbonatos, surfactante detergente, por ejemplo oleato, etoxilatos de alcohol, etc. yácido fosfórico neutralizado, se pulverizan sobre manzanas, lechuga y otros similares para quitar tierra y depósitos no deseados, especialmente cera. Lainvención presenta además un método para limpiar/higienizar productos agrícolas por ejemplo, frutas y verduras, utilizando dichas composiciones.
