Abstract

A bicycle including a frame having a longitudinal axis extending from adjacent a rear wheel to adjacent a front wheel, the frame having a bend therebetween to define an upwardly extending rear frame portion and a upwardly extending front frame portion, a cantilever support assembly extending downward from the rear frame portion and being adapted to rotatably support a rear wheel, a fork assembly extending downward from the front frame portion and being adapted to rotatably support a front wheel, a crankset assembly including a chainwheel and cranks mounted at the bend of the frame and being configured and arranged to drive the rear wheel, a seat assembly associated with the rear frame portion, the seat assembly adapted to allow a rider to mount the bicycle, a steering assembly being associated with the front fork assembly, in use to steer the bicycle.
