Abstract

A compound of formula I wherein: L is CO, CS or SO2; R1 and R2 are independently H, halo, alkyl, haloalkyl, nitro, cyano, carboxyl or carboalkoxy provided that when L is SO2, R1 and R2 are not both H; R3 is independently selected from 1-3 members of H, halo, alkyl, haloalkyl, nitro, carboxyl or carboalkoxy and X is (CH2)n or Y-(CH2)n-1 with Y being O or S and n is 1-3 is claimed. A pharmaceutical composition containing a compound of formula I useful for the treatment of contraception, menopause, endometriosis, breast cancer, cyclesychrony, pregnancy termination, labour induction or osteoporosis is claimed.
