Abstract
Fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av en N- acylaminokarboksylsyre ved hjelp av karboksymetyleringsreaksjon. Ved denne reaksjon dannes en reaksjonsblanding som inneholder et basepar, karbonmonoksid, hydrogen og et aldehyd, med baseparet omfattende en karbamoylforbindelse og en karboksymetylerings- katalysatorforløper. I en foretrukken utførelsesform velges karbamoylforbindelsen og aldehydet til å gi en N-acylaminokarboksylsyre som lett omdannes til N- (fosfonometylJglysin, eller et salt eller ester derav.
