Abstract

Oppfinnelsen angår en fremgangsmåte og et system i et digitalt radiosystem for signalering mellom en basestasjon (100) og en abonnentterminal (102-106). Signalene som sendes over radioforbindelsen mellom basestasjonen (100) og abonnentterminalen (108-112) omfatter dataskurer som består av symboler. Dataskurene omfatter en kjent treningssekvens (204). Ifølge oppfinnelsen benyttes treningssekvensen (204) for signalering. Ved hjelp av oppfinnelsen er det mulig å implementere signalering som angår effektstyring for basestasjonen (100) eller abonnentterminalen (102-106), eller i pakkeoverføring, nummerering av skurer, pakker eller andre datablokker.
