Abstract

Det beskrives en fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av en farmasøytisk. tablettformulering omfattende trinnene : 1) granulering av en blanding av flurbiprofen og et fyllstoff med en løsning av et bindemiddel i et polart løsningsmiddel for å danne granuler, 2) smelte en lozengedannende blanding, 3) blande granulene med den smeltede lozengedannende blandingen og 4) forme den resulterende blandingen til tabletter hver inneholdende en terapeutisk effektiv mengde av flurbiprofen.
