R5, R'5> Ri, R'6) R7, R'7) R8, R'g, R* og R'9, og X, Y, Z og n er som definert heri, nyttig som terapeutiske midler for inflammatoriske sykdomstilstander og forstyrrelser, iskemisk/reperfusjonsskade, slag, atherosklerose, inflammatorisk tarmsykdom og alle andre tilstander med oksidant-indusert vevsskade.Pharmaceutical compositions of mimics of low molecular weight superoxide dismutase (SOD) represented by formula (I), wherein R, R 1, R 2 R 2, R 2, R 2 are R .
