Abstract

Foreliggende oppfinnelse vedrører fremstillingen av racemisk og enantiomert 1-(pyridyl)-2-cykloheksyletylamin og, spesielt, separasjonen av (+)- (S)- eller (-)-(R)-1-(2-pyridyl)-2-cykloheksyletylamin fra en racemisk blanding av -1-(R,S)-(2-pyridyl)-2-cykloheksyletylamin. Ifølge foreliggende oppfinnelse utføres separasjonen av en racemisk blanding av 1-(pyridyl)-2-cykloheksyletylamin ved å anvende 3-bromkamfer-8-sulfonsyre (BCSA). Foreliggende oppfinnelse vedrører også en fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av en racemisk blanding av 1-(pyridyl)-2- cykloheksyletylamin og fri BCSA fra allerede tilgjengelige utgangsmaterialer.
