Abstract

Kjølelegeme for halvlederkomponenter og lignende anordninger, særlig en kjøleenhet med høy ytelse og av ekstrudert aluminium eller et annnet lettmetall, samt med kjøle- ribber anordnet i innbyrdes avstand på en grunnplate og som rager ut fra denne, idet hver enkelt er utført som hulprofil med to innbyrdes parallelle ribbevegger og tverrsteg som forbinder disse, idet kjøleribbene sitter fast i hvert sitt innsettingsspor eller lignende uttagning i grunnplaten. Ved siden av hvert av kjølelegemets innsettingsspor (22) for å inneholde en kjøleribbe (30) er det i grunnplaten (14) anordnet et ledig innsettingsspor (24) for å motta en motstående kjøleribbe (30a) på et andre kjølelegeme (10) i viss grunnplate kjøleribbene (30) i det første kjølelegeme griper inn.
