Abstract

Det bekjentgjøres et middel for helbredelse av nevronale sykdommer som forårsakes av forstyrrelser av det perifere nervesytem eller sentralnervesystemet. Middelet omfatter et at 2-acylaminopropanol derivat som har formelen (I): R1-CH-CH-CH2¿N O OH NHCO(CH2)nCH3 (D [hvor i R er en fenylgruppe eller syklohexylgruppe som hver for seg kan være substituert med l til 3 like eller forskjellige substituenter som utvelges fra den gruppe som består av alkyl, alkoxy, hydroksy og nitro, eller er en alkylgruppe, og n er et heltall på O til 16] eller et farmasøytisk akseptabelt salt derav som virksom bestandel.
