Nye 4-aminopyridiner med generell formel I (I) hvori R1 betegner gruppen R6-SO-NR7-, R6- S02-NR7-, R'-NR7-SO-, R6-NR7-S02-, R6-SO-0-, R6-SO,-0-, R6-0-SO- eller R6-O-SO,, R2 betegner et hydrogen- eller halogenatom, en cyano-, alkyl-, alkoksy- eller halogenalkyl- gruppe, X betegner et oksygenatom, et svovelatom eller NH-gruppen, RJ og R4 er like eller forskjellige og betegner hydrogenatomer eller alkylgrupper, R5 betegner et hydrogenatom, en alkylgruppe eller en aralkyl- gruppe. R6 represents an aliphatic or cyclic, optionally substituted residue, R7 represents a hydrogen atom or an aliphatic or cyclic, optionally substituted residue, Y represents a linear or branched alkylene chain, R8 and R9 are the same or different and represent hydrogen atoms, aralkyl, cycloalkyl - or alkyl groups which may be mono- or poly-substituted with halogen, hydroxy, alkoxy, alkylcarbonyloxy, amine or carboxy, or R8 and R * together with the N atom to which they are attached form a saturated ring which may contain an additional oxygen, sulfur or nitrogen atom, as well as hydrates, solvates and physiologically compatible salts thereof, and also optically active forms, racemates and diastereomeric mixtures of these compounds. Methods for the preparation of the above compounds, drugs containing such compounds and the use of these compounds in the manufacture of drugs are also described.
