Abstract
Det er beskrevet en fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av subkutane kapsler. Kapslene fremstilles ved å kappe fra et silikonrør lengder som er større enn den endelige kapsellengde. Lengdene anbringes i rekker innbefattende et gitt antall av dem, og i disse rekker blir de fylt og forse- glet. En ende av kapslene blir først forseglet med lim dosert inn i en åpning derav. Materia- let for kapslene doseres med en hullet glide- skive som kan bevege seg på en plan overflate. Ved å feie den øvre overflate av skiven blir doseringsvolumet begrenset til volumet definert av hullet. For å regulere pakketettheten av materialet, kan vibrering bli brukt under fyl- lingen av hullene. Det doserte materiale føres til kapselene via en matetrakt gjennom hvilken en roterbar spiralfjær som virker som en fyll- skrue, settes inn i kapselen som skal fylles.
