Abstract
Tienotlazinderivater med generell formel (I) der X betyr en enkeltbinding, en rettkjedet eller forgrenet karbonkjede med 1-12 C-atomer i kjeden, der denne kjeden kan inneholde en eller flere dobbelt- eller trippelbindinger og/eller en eller flere heteroatomer, Y betyr en enkeltbinding, og R betyr hydrogen, en monocyklisk eller polycyklisk, eventuelt delvis hydrert aryl-, heteroaryl-, aryloksy-, heteroaryloksy-, arylaza-, heteroaryl- aza-, aryltio- eller heteroaryltiorest, som eventuelt kan være substituert med laverealkyl, en eller flere ganger halogenert laverealkyl, per- fluorert laverealkyl, alkoksy eller halogen, med den forutsetning at R ikke betyr hydrogen når X og Y betyr en enkeltbinding. Det beskrives også fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av disse forbindelsene.
