Abstract

Fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av orale doseringsenheter med regulert frigjøringseffekt inneholdene hydroksypropylmetylcellulose hvor den vandige granu- lering utføres i nærvær av ett eller flere oppløste produkter som inhiberer geldannelse under granuler- ingen, men som tillater dannelse av en gel ved oral administrasjon.
