Kirurgisk sag (10) med en fundamentbladdel (12), et flertall av Innbyrdes forskjøvne tenner (14) og en mellomliggende bladdel (16), tykkelsen av hvilken er mindre enn tykkelsen av fundamentbladdelen. Tykkelsen av den mellomliggende bladdelen er vesentlig mlndr enn tykkelsen av fundamentbladdelen for å tillate passasje av benkutteflak og andre materialer vekk fra de Innbyrdes forskjøvne tenner under bruken av den kirurgiske sagen.
