Abstract

A composition for the defoliation of foliating plants, particularly for the defoliation of potatoes before the planned harvest, comprising a defoliating aggregate amount of the compounds (a) N'-(3-chloro-4- methoxyphenyl)-N,N-dimethylurea or N'-4-isopropylphenyl-N,N- dimethylurea and (b) 2-t-butyl-4,6-dinitrophenol, as well as a method for the defoliation of foliating plants.
