Abstract
(I) En forbindelse med den generelle formel (I): hvor X1 er H eller COR1 og X2 er H eller COR2 men X1 og X2 ikke begge er H; R1 og R2 er like eller forskjellige og er hver C1-4 alkyl substituert med R3 eller en fire- til syv-leddet ring som eventuelt kan være substituert med R8 og kan inneholde ett eller flere ytterligere heteroatomer valgt fra O, S(O)n og NR9; R3 er F, CF3, OR4, NR5R6 eller S(O)nR7; R4, R5 og R6 er like eller forskjellige og er hver H eller C1-4 alkyl eventuelt substituert med R3 eller NR5R6 er en C4-6 heterocykloalkylring inneholdende ett eller flere heteroatomer valgt fra O, NR8 og S(O)n; hver n er 0-2; R7 er C1-4 alkyl; R8 er som definert for R3 eller C1-4 alkyl eventuelt substituert med R3 eller halogen; R9 er H eller C1-4 alkyl; Y er NR9R10R11; og R10 og R11 er like eller forskjellige og er hver H eller C1-6 alkyl eventuelt substituert med R3 eller halogen eller NR10R11 er en fire- til syv-leddet ring som eventuelt kan være substituert med R8 eller COR1 og kan inneholde ett eller flere ytterligere heteroatomer valgt fra O, S(O)n og NR9; og hydrater derav.
