Abstract
Et sømløst stålrør for ledningsrør med en høy styrke og god seighet og korrosjonsmotstand endog selv om det har en tykk vegg, har en kjemisk sammensetning som i masseprosent omfatter C: 0,02-0,08 %, Si: høyst 0,5 %, Mn: 1,5-3,0 %, Al: 0,001-0,10 %, Mo: mer enn 0,4 % til 1,2 %, N: 0,002-0,015%, Ca: 0,0002-0,007%, idet resten er Fe og forurensninger, hvori innholdet av forurensningene er høyst 0,03 % for P, høyst 0,005 % for S, høyst 0,005 % for O, og mindre enn 0,0005 % for B, og hvori verdien av Pcm beregnet ved den følgende ligning (1) er minst 0,185 og høyst 0,250. Stålrøret har en mikrostruktur som primært omfatter bainitt og som har en lengde av sementitt på høyst 20 mikrometer: Pcm = [C] + [Si]/30 + ([Mn] + [Cr] + [Cu])/20 + [Mo]/15 + [V]/10 + 5[B]... (1) hvori [C], [Si], [Mn], [Cr], [Cu], [Mo], [V] og [B] er respektive tall som angir innholdet i masseprosent av C, Si, Mn, Cr, Cu, Mo, V og B.
