Abstract

Foreliggende oppfinnelse vedrører området med å fremstille rekombinante proteiner. Mer spesifikt vedrører det anvendelsen av et serumfritt kulturmedium som omfatter en antioksidant for fremstilling av rekombinante dimere gonadotropiner. Antioksidanten kan være valgt fra gruppe bestående av L-glutation, 2-merkaptoetanol, L-metionin og en kombinasjon av askorbinsyre og av (+)-alfa-tokoferol.
