Abstract

En sementblanding, som er egnet for sementering i undergrunnsformasjoner for å gi soneisolering eller for blokkering eller plugging av en forlatt rørledning eller etterfylling av en minesjakt, tunnel eller utgravning, omfatter Portlandsement eller en blanding av minst to komponenter valgt fra Portlandsement, flyveaske, slagg, amorft silisiumdioksid, gips, kalkstein og bentonitt; og kiselgur, fortrinnsvis med et spesifikt BET-nitrogenadsorpsjonsoverflateområde mellom ca 30 og ca 100 m2/g. Sementblandingen kan videre inneholde et alkalimetasilikat og/eller alkalisilikat, zeolitt og/eller aluminiumsilikat, en akselerator, slik som et uorganisk salt, og/eller et alkalisk metalloksid, så vel som et lettvekts densitetsmodifiserende middel, som inkluderer kuler av glass, keramikk eller plast. En sementholdig oppslemming, formulert fra sementblandingen har en tetthet som er mindre enn eller lik 1500 kg/m3, og utviser god kompresjonsstyrke.
