Abstract

Fosforet kan i hovedsaken dekke i et minste en del av den lysemitterende dioden. Fosforet kan innbefatte sammensetninger av aluminattypen, bly- og/eller kobberdopede silikater, bly- og/eller kobberdopede antimonater, bly- og/eller kobberdopede germanater, bly- og/eller kobberdopede germanatsilikater, bly- og/eller kobberdopede fosfater, eller enhver kombinasjon av disse.
