Abstract
Det beskrives en anordning for innkopling av elektromagnetisk stråling i en reaktor for gjennomføring av radikale gassfasereaksjoner, så vel som en reaktor som inneholder en slik anordning. Anordningen innbefatter elementene: a) et fra reaktorens reaksjonsrom (68) adskilte rom (56) som b) har forbindelse med reaktorens reaksjonsrør gjennom minst en åpning (71), c) minst et tilløpsrør (70) for innføring av en spylegass til nevnte rom og d) minst en elektromagnetisk strålingskilde (69) som er arrangert på en slik måte at e) nevnte stråling passerer gjennom rommet og det dertil tilstøtende reaksjonskammeret. Oppfinnelsen eller nevnte reaktor gjør det mulig å øke ytelsen av radikale kjedereaksjoner.
