Abstract

Vandig nanopartikkelkeramikkagglomeratdispergering for dannelse av et blekkabsorberende sjikt for et blekkstrålenedtegningsmedium omfattende et nanopartikkelkeramikkagglomerat dispergert i deionisert vann. Nanopartikkelkeramikkagglomeratet har en gjennomsnittlig diameter på 0,05 til 0,3 [ im ved en viskositet egnet for belegging på 10 til 200 mPa-s som målt med et laser diffraksjonspartikkelstørrelsesfordelingsmålingsapparat ved et forhold av toppbredden (halvhøydebredden) ved en høyde som er halvparten av maksimalhøyden i en størrelsesfordelingskurve for nanopartikkelkeramikkagglomeratet, bestemt ifølge resultatene av målingen, til maksimalhøyden er 0,7 eller mindre. Denne vandige keramikkdispergeringen tilveiebringer et blekkstrålenedtegningsmedium som muliggjør printing av skarpe og klare bilder.
