Description
Skjæreverktøy med en skjærinnsatsholder
og en plateformet skjærinnsats.
Foreliggende oppfinnelse vedrbrer et skjæreverktby med en skjærinnsatsholder og en plateformet skjærinnsats som ved hjelp av en bolt er ldsbart festet i en forsenket utsparing i holderen og som for innfbring av boltenden har et, i det vesentlige i midten anordnet gjennombrudd med et tverrsnitt som avviker fra sirkelformen.
Skjæreverktøy med en innsatsho Ider og en skjærinnsats som fastholdes ved hjelp av en bolt og som er bestemt til å kasseres etter bruk, ble innfort for noen år siden og har hurtig vunnet stor anvende 1se.
Ved disse skjæreverktoy er verktoyholderen i sin fremre énde som vender mot det arbeidsstykke som skal bearbeides, forsynt med en forsenket utsparing som er bestemt til å oppta skjær innsatsen og som er formet i overensstemmelse med skjær innsatsens form og begrenset av to skulderavsnitt som sammen danner en spiss vinkel.
Den plateformede skjærinnsats som er bestemt til å anbringes i denne utsparing, fastholdes i sin brukssti 1 ling ved hjelp av en bolt som enten utgjor en del av verktoyholderen eller kan skrues inn i denne, idet bolten fores gjennom et gjennombrudd som i det vesentlige befinner seg i midten av innsatsen og trykker innsatsen mot anleggs-flaten eller mot de skuldre som begrenser an 1eggsf1 aten.
Skjærinnsat ser er kjent, som er forsynt med en konisk boring, hvis diameter avtar mot opplagerflaten og i hvilken der innfores en bolt som utvider seg konisk og som ikke bare trykker innsatsen-i sideretningen mot utsparingens skuldre men også ned mot opplagerflaten. Disse innsatser vil derfor bli betryggende fastholdt i sin bruksstilling, men de oppviser ingen positiv fri vinkel, således at skjæreevnen for en sådan innsats er i vesentlig grad nedsatt og
dens anvendelsesmulighet i vidtgående grad begrenset.
Ved en annen kjent skjærinnsats av denne art er der riktignok anordnet en fremspringende skjærkant for å danne en positiv frivinkel i forhold til opplagerflaten, men befestigelsen for denne innsats til holderen er mangelfull. Det trykk som virker på skjærkanten under skjæringen, frembringer et vippemoment som har tendens til å bevirke at innsatsen lbfter seg fra an 1 eggs fl aten.
Som folge av den mangelfulle befestigelse av innsatsen til holderen kan dette ikke med sikkerhet unngåes, hvorfor skjæreverktoy av denne art er ubrukbar til visse formål.
For å unngå henholdsvis redusere dette vippemoment som ikke
kan kompenseres i tilstrekkelig grad ved de hittil kjente midler, renonserte man ved noen kjente innsatser helt og holdent på en positiv frivinkel, eller en positiv frivinkel ble tilveiebragt ved å utfore opplagerflaten for innsatsen med en viss heldning i for-
hold til snittflaten. Dette gir riktignok en positiv frivinkel,
men er samtidig forbundet med den ulempe at der oppstår en negativ spennvinkel henholdsvis en stump kilevinke!. En stump kilevinkel henholdsvis negativ spennvinkel er som folge av de meget ugunstige snittforhold som derved oppstår, i mange tilfelle meget uonsket. Forsbk på å utligne den negative spennvinkel ved anordning av en sponbryternot har heller ikke fort til noe tilfredsstillende resultat.
Ved de bestrebelser som er gjort for å unngå de nevnte ulemper ved kjente skjæreverktoy, er der også blitt konstruert en skjærinnsats med en skjærkant som er egnet for tilveiebringelse av en positiv frivinkel. Denne innsats er forsynt med en gjennomgående,
i det vesentlige sylindrisk boring som samvirker med en bolt som kan innskrues i en gjenget boring i holderen som danner en spiss vinkel med normalen på opplagerflaten, idet et kjegleformet hode trykker mot den sylindriske borings vegg i innsatsen. Dette trykk er imidlertid i det vesentlige bare rettet mot utsparingens skulder og kan således ikke gi noen tilstrekkelig befestigelse av innsatsen til holderen. Dessuten angriper bolten bare langs en eneste linje i boringens vegg, som krysser innsatsens anleggsflate. Innsatsens stilling i holderen kan derfor bare med sikkerhet bestemmes ved en komplisert utformning av utsparingen i holderen, ved hvilken der er anordnet to skulderavsnitt som danner en spiss vinkel med hinannen og som minst danner to ytterligere anleggs-flater for ansatsen i brukssti 11 ing, Denne utformning av holderen er imidler.tid meget omstendelig å utfore, således at den fore-slåtte lbsning heller ikke er tilfredsstillende av bkonomiske grunner.
Hensikten med oppfinnelsen er å skaffe et skjæreverktøy som
er enkelt å fremstille og kan anvendes sammen med en skjærinnsats som kan oms ti 11 es ti 1' fbr.sk j éi 1 i ge bruks s ti 11 i nger pg som i hver av disse sti 11 inger/har en spiss kjeglevinkel og en positiv frivinkel og som med sikkerhet fastholdes og hindres i å ldfte seg fra opplagerflatent ogved hvilken de ovenfor, nevnte ulemper ved de kjente skjæreverktøy er unngått.
Det særegne ved oppfinnelsen er at utsparingen i innsatsholderen er begrenset av minst ett på tvers av holderens skaft rettlinjet forlbpendetrinn, og at bolten ved fastspent skjærinnsats ligger an mot to trykkflater av skjærinnsa ts ens gjennombrudd.
Det er fordelaktig hvis bolten på i og for seg kjent måte er innskrudd i en gjenget boring i holderen og har sin b'vre ende konisk utvidet, idet. skjærinnsatsens trykkflater samtidig fortrinnsvis er buet, særlig hulsylindrisk, eller formet konvergerende mot innsatsens opplagerflate.
Ved hjelp av oppfinnelsen er der således tilveiebragt en skjærinnsats, ved hvilken det i det vesentlige i midten anordnede gjennombrudd, i stedet for å være forsynt med en eneste trykkflate, har to sådanne som samvirker med bolten for med sikkerhet å fastlegge innsatsen i holderens utsparing. Til dette formål er innsatsens gjennombrudd utformet med minst to flater som sammen begrenser en spiss vinkel og hvis innbyrdes avstand på trykk-stedet i alle tilfelle er mindre enn det konisk utvidede bolt-hodes diameter. To flateavsnitt på bolthodet ligger samtidig an mot de flateavsnitt av gjennombruddets vegger som befinner seg i en innbyrdes avstand og tjener som trykkflater; i vedkommende bruksstilling vil innsatsen da med sikkerhet bli fastholdt i utsparingen i innsatsholderen. Ved hjelp av bolten kan innsatsens stilling i holderen derfor fastlegges med stor noyaktighet, selv om den for innsatsen trinnformede utsparing bare er begrenset av en eneste skulder som forloper rettlinjet på tvers av holderens skaft.
Oppfinnelsen skal beskrives nærmere i det fblgende under henvisning til tegningen, på hvilken fig. 1 viser i perspektiv en utfdrelse av et skjæreverktoy ifblge oppfinnelsen, fig. 2 viser et planriss av samme, fig. 3 viser et forstbrret tverrsnitt av skjære-verktøyets, hode etter linjen 3 - 3 på fig. 2, og fig. 4 viser et planriss av en annen utfbrelse av skjæreverktbyet ifblge oppfinnelsen.
I fig. 1 omfatter skjæreverktbyet fire hoveddeler, en skjærinnsats 1, et sete 2 for samme, en holdetapp 3 og en skjæreverktoy-holder 4. Skjærinnsatsen er av den art som kasseres etter bruken og som har motstående, adskilte parallelle sider 5 og 6, av hvilke den ovre (5) er formet som sponflaté og den nedre (6) som opplagerflate. Sponflaten 5 er begrenset av et antall skjærkanter 8.
En omkretsflate 7 danner for å tilveiebringe en positiv frivinkel, dvs. en spiss vinkel mellom verktbyets snittflate og skjærinnsatsens 1 omkrets- eller friflate 7, sammen med sponflaten 5 li-keledes en spiss vinkel. Den er underskåret i forhold til sponflaten, således at denne rager noe frem i forhold til opplagerflaten 6, Skjærinnsatsen 1 har i midten et gjennombrudd 9, hvis akse står loddrett på begge paral1 ellfla ter 5 og 6. Den ovre flate 5 har et omkringlbpende, endeldst sponbryterspor 10. For opptagelse av innsatsen 1 og en seteplate 2 er skjæreverktøyets holder 4 i sin fremre ende utformet med en utsparing 11 som er begrenset av en rettlinjet skulder 12 som forloper på tvers av holderen 4, og en plan bunnflate 13 for understøttelse av innsatsen 1 og seteplaten 2.
Som det fremgår av fig. 2 og 3 er gjennombruddet 9 i innsatsen konisk utvidet oppad ved 14 og har tre plane trykkflater 15, 16 og 17 i det koniske parti av innsatsen, som danner hoved-sakelig et triangel som er forskutt 60° i forhold til det triangel som innsatsens kanter danner. To og to av de plane overflater 15, 16 og 17 danner en lomme for opptagelse av en låsetapps 3 hode som er konisk utvidet ved 18 for å skaffe en til innsatsen komple-mentær konisitet. Gjennombruddets 9 konusvinkel 14 er noe mindre enn bolthodets konusvinkel, således at innsatsen 1 ved fastspent bolt 3 med sin opplagerflate 6 vil ligge fast an mot seteplatens 2 ovre, plane, parallelle flate henholdsvis mot bunnflaten 13, og med sin ene ovre sidekant an mot skulderen 12, således at den hverken kan vippe eller forskyve seg.
Låsetappen holder innsatsen og setet på plass på fdlgende måte: Tappen 3 er skrudd inn i en boring 20 i holderens 4 utsparing 11. Den ovre del 21 av denne boring avtar konisk innad fra bunnflaten 13 for å danne et konisk parti, hvis sentralakse er betegnet med A-A. Den nedre, gjengede del 22 av boringen 20 er sylindrisk og har en sentralakse B - B som er akseparal lei t forskutt i forhold til aksen A - A i en retning bort fra skulderen 12. Senterlinjen (ikke vist) for gjennombruddet 9 i innsatsen er forskutt fra stbtte-skulderen 12 i forhold til aksen B - B således at innsatsens 1 ene skjærkant 8 ligger an mot skulderen 12. Når tappen 3, som er symmetrisk om en eneste akse, skrues inn i boringen 22 i holderens 4 fordypning, vil der oppstå en kilende eller klemmende berbring mellom tappen 3 og boringens 20 vegg 21 i holderen; i den utstrek-ning tappen 3 skrues aksialt inn i holderen, vil innsatsen bli tilsvarende fastspent mot holderens skulder 12.
Som det fremgår av tegningen danner gjennombruddet i innsatsen V-formede "lommer" som hver er dannet av to i vinkel med hinannen anordnede, aksiale flater for anlegg mot tappen. Tappen ligger ikke an mot det indre, avrundede parti av gjennombruddet, som forbinder to og to tilgrensende plane flater. Det ses videre at antallet av plane flater i gjennombruddet svarer til antallet av mulige innsatssti 11 inger, eller med andre ord antallet av plane flater i det sentrale gjennombrudd svarer til antallet av sider på den polygonale innsats. Således vil en triangulær innsats ha tre flatsider og en firkantet innsats fire. En sirkulær innsats vil ha et antall flatsider som er lik antallet av tilsiktede stillinger avinnsatsen.
Flatsidene 15, 16 og 17 er således vinkelforskutt i forhold til enhver skjærkant at en linje som halverer vinkelen mellom to hvilke som helst tilgrensende flatsider vil stå loddrett på en skjærkant. De fleste utskiftbare innsatser er likesidet, således at den polygon som dannes av de forlengede flater 15, 16 og 17 også vil være likesidet ved en innsats ifblge oppfinnelsen. Dermed vil også vinklene mellom tilgrensende plane flater være like. I de fleste tilfelle vil vinkelen mellom to tilgrensende plane flater av det sentrale gjennombrudd være den samme som vinkelen mellom to hvilke som helst tilgrensende omkretssider av innsatsen.
Når det er bnskelig å kunne fastlegge innsatsen nbyaktig i utsparingen 11 i holderen, men der ikke foreligger noen fare for at innsatsen skal 1'o'fte seg fra sin anleggsf late, behbver trykkflatene 15, 16, 17 ikke være utfort skrå. Til tross for dette kan det være fordelaktig å utfore gjennombruddet med oppad utadskrånende begrensningsflater for dannelse av V-formede "lommer" som tappens 3 hode legger seg an mot. Formen av gjennombruddets nedre del velges imidlertid med sikte på en lettvindt fabrikasjon av innsatsen. Uttrykkene "ovre" og "nedre" brukes her under henvisning til skjære-verktbyets normale stilling, som vist på tegningene. Med uttrykket "aksial" menes langs aksen av gjennombruddet i innsatsen og boringen 20 i holderen. Verktbyet kan selvfblgelig innta en hvilken som helst stilling i en skjære- eller maskineringsoperasjon.
Innsatsdelene ifblge oppfinnelsen kan ha andre former enn de V-fbrmede "lommer" ifblge fig. 1-3 sålenge der finnes to flater for understbttelse av låsetappen. En sådan alternativ form er vist pfi fig. 4, hvor innsatsens 26 gjennombrudd 25 er begrenset av tre buede, akseparallelle vegger 27, 28 og 29. To tilgrensende flater, såsom 28 og 29, danner en lomme for opptagelse av en tapp 30 for innsatsens låsing mot skulderen 31.
Oppfinnelsen er særlig fordelaktig i forbindelse med innsatser av den såkalte positivt hellende type og er også beskrevet i forbindelse med sådanne innsatsdeler. Oppfinnelsen kan imidlertid også anvendes for negativt hellende innsatser, dvs. innsatser ved hvilke omkretsflåtene danner en rett vinkel med både over- og undersiden, hvis der av noen grunn er en tendens til at vertikal bevegelse eller lbfting av innsatsen oppstår under skjæring, eller hvis nbyaktig innstilling av innsatsene mot en skulder er viktig. V-formede 'lommer" med eller uten oppad utvidet gjennombrudd i innsatsen er da fordelaktig ved negativt hellende skjæring.
Claims (2)
1. Skjæreverktby med en skjærinnsatsholder og en plateformet skjærinnsats som vedjhjelp av en bolt er lbsbart festet i en forsenket utsparing i holderen og som for innfbring av boltenden har et i det vesentlige i midten anordnet gjennombrudd med et tverrsnitt som avviker fra sirkelformen, karakterisert ved at utsparingen (11) i innsatsholderen (4) er begrenset av minst ett på tvers av holderens skaft rettlinjet forlbpende trinn, og at bolten (3) ved fastspent skjærinnsats (1) ligger an mot to trykkflater (16, 17; 28, 29) av skjær innsatsens (1) gjennombrudd (9; 25).
2. Verktby i henhold til krav 1, karakterisert ved at bolten (3) på i og for seg kjent måte er innskrudd i en gjenget boring (22) i holderen (4) og har sin ovre ende konisk utvidet, og at skjærinnsatsens (1) trykkflater (15, 16, 17; 27,
28, 29) fortrinnsvis er buet, særlig hul sy1 indrisk, eller formet konvergerende mot innsatsens opplagerflate.
