Abstract

Trolley has a base frame on wheels or runners. On this a structure of tuves or profiles forms shelves aligned in height to the zones of the oven. These support a rectangular frame for the baking tins, which has a set of rollers. The rollers can be adjusted vertically in the frame which can be rolled from the shelves into the oven section. The rollers are assembled in a housing or pivoting bracket which cn be tilted from an active into an inactive position by a sliding hooked lever with a handle. The sets of rollers are coupled to each other. The arrangement leaves the oven available for the loading of additional material when it is not filled by the first batch put in, which is not possible when the trolley remains in the oven. In ovens with shallow compartments provided with doors to give different baking times, hand loading is superseded.
