Abstract

The apparatus has an enclosed holder with a feed branch pipe for a precipitation medium, a latex material feed nozzle opening into the holder, and an outlet branch pipe for the binding particles precipitated and suspended in the precipitation medium. The rotor disc of a rotor mounted in the holder has blades or scoops on its perimeter which pass close to the feed nozzle mouth when rotated. The holder is an annular space, in which the scoops rotate, and into which the feed nozzle opens with an outflow directed away from the rotor axis. The outflow branch pipe is connected tangentially to the annular space, and has a cross-section which agrees with the annular space at the outlet branch pipe connecting point.
