Abstract
La invencion se refiere a una combinacion de uno o mas inhibidores del canal de Ikr y uno o mas inhibidores de Kv1,5, en particular amidas de acido fenilcarboxilico (Ia) y/o (lb) (ver formulas (la),(lb)) y/o sus sales farmaceuticamente aceptables, y al uso de la combinacion de la invencion para tratar arritmias auriculares.
