Abstract

Se proporcionan granulos para la produccion de formas de dosis orales farmaceuticas de disolucion instantanea mejoradas. Ademas de uno o mas medicamentos, los granulos estan compuestos de una combinacion de excipientes que consiste en un superdesintegrante (de dos o mas agentes seleccionados del grupo que consiste en crospovidona, croscarmelosa de sodio, glicolato de almidon de sodio, hidroxipropilcelulosa de baja sustitucion o almidon pregelatinizado), un agente dispersante, un agente de distribucion y un aglutinante, y tambien puede incluir otros ingredientes convencionales tales como los agentes edulcorantes y saborizantes. Los presentes granulos son adecuados porque son estables y pueden prepararse sin la ayuda de solventes y sin la necesidad de ambientes o manejo especiales. Las formas de dosis, especialmente tabletas, preparadas de los mismos en equipo convencional se desintegran en la boca en menos de aproximadamente cinco segundos.
