Abstract
Se proporciona un proceso para producir una proteina o polipeptido de interes en una planta, que comprende: (i) transformar o cambiar en una planta celulas de la planta con una secuencia de nucleotidos que tiene una region de codificacion que codifica a una proteina de fusion que comprende la proteina o polipeptido de interes, un peptido de senal funcional para dirigir la proteina de fusion al apoplasto, y un polipeptido capaz de enlazar la proteina de fusion a un componente de la pared celular, (ii) enriquecer los componentes de la pared celular que tienen la proteina de fusion expresada y enlazada, y separar la proteina o polipeptido de interes o una proteina que comprende la proteina o polipeptido de interes.
