Abstract
La presente invencion se refiere a un suplemento dietetico que contiene todos los componentes naturales del vino excepto los volatiles, en particular el etanol. Dicho suplemento dietetico es adecuado para la administracion oral y contiene complejos antioxidantes presentes en las vinasas del vino combinadas con uno o mas promotores de biodisponibilidad. Una modalidad preferida de la presente invencion consiste en un suplemento dietetico proporcionado en una formulacion solida o liquida que permite evitar el consumo de vino, mientras se mantienen todos los componentes beneficos en particular los antioxidantes.
