Abstract
En un sistema (10) de medicion biologico para recolectar una o mas muestras de esputo y/o moco a partir de un paciente en la forma de un aerosol y para analizar una o mas muestras para detectar si o no los patogenos se presentan en la presente, una o mas muestras estan en solucion dentro del sistema (10) y la deteccion de los patogenos se realiza utilizando un ensayo fluorescentemente marcado. El sistema (10) se adapta para detectar patogenos bacterianos utilizando espectroscopia de onda evanescente preferiblemente utilizando una tecnica reflectiva unica. Se proporcionan ventajosamente una o mas muestras al sistema (10) en forma de aerosol. Sin embargo, el sistema (10) es capaz de ser adaptado para utilizarse analizando muestras en forma liquida. Se describen metodos para analizar una o mas muestras en el sistema (10).
